This is a great accessory for your sailor bear - to remind him of his life at sea. I think this dates to 1950/60's - there is some kind of hallmark just by one of the fins but it is illegible. Has a little tarnishing but in good condition and rattles loud and clear.

FAB SILVER PLATED KOALA RATTLE
This is one of my favourites - I would think dates to the 40/50's - stamped EPNS - the reverse side is slightly dented - koala has been climbing too many eucalyptus trees - and the teething ring shows signs of age but a really nice item.

This would be fab for an American or sailor bear - I believe it relates to the building of the Lorain-Carnegie bridge in Cleveland, Ohio when it was voted the most beautiful bridge of 1932!! Date on the pinback is June 21-24th 1932 so I assume that is when it was opened.
Pinback is I think plastic or celluloid and is good condition.

UNUSUAL SILVER MOON/SUN RATTLE
This is really unusual - haven't see one before. Hallmarked -Birmingham - date which is worn but looks to be around 1910's and initials which have also faded. I think it is meant to depict the sun and moon as there are two different images on the front and back. Original ring, a few dents here and there but still a rare rattle. Great for an old ted to wear.

Gorgeous pair of felt boots with faux fur trimming and satin ribbons. The ribbon is worn in places and there are some slight marks and fading on the boots - I think the number 1 has been written on the soles which may mean size. Lovely and unusual vintage sailor style dress. Navy blue collar with red braiding and two red stars, sleeves and front opening threaded with red ribbon with small navy anchor suspended from the bottom tie. Slight staining to left hand side front. This is just so beautiful - probably made for a doll and has some age but I wouldn't say it is antique. Modelled here on a 12 inch chubby Steiff. First we have a satin cream/ivory lined drop waist sleeveless dress with lace edging and large lace frill/bow on the front secured with popper fasteners on the back and then a stunning fully lined velvet jacket in peach/apricot velvet, rouched sleeves, lace and braiding arond the neck, sleeves, hem and back with scallop effect hem. Very special outfit for a special bear.

Gorgeous satin type material with overlay of flower style patterned netting adorned with gorgeous deep red rosebuds on the hem and one on the collar. A lovely piece of childhood memorabelia. I am told by an expert in antique toys that this dates to c.1910, American and were called Bell Toys. You pull the string and the truck moves and the polar bears hits the bell. I am sure there used to be something else opposite him as there are slots as if something was placed in that position. It has wear and ageing but is a fun piece and makes a great prop with a bear and in our experience they also have lots of fun playing with it. As you can see Heckles the Hecla is absolutely fascinated with it!!

This is almost certainly a one off so is very special. Dating to 1930 I am told that this originally was a ring which had a lifted top with a secret compartment. At some point someone has made it into a pinback. What a find!!

This is a fabulous piece - a pocket mirror dating to the early 1900's by The Cruver Manufacturing Co., in Chicago. The liner has the name Theodore Roosevelt on the front side of the starboard. Mirror has a little wear but is in good condition.

Gorgeous two piece suit in pretty shade of pastel blue and white check. Waistcoat style jacket with 3 buttons and on front and two buttons on each sleeve, two pockets. This is gorgeous - ruffle is made from Satin with two toned double layers, top layer is vibrant orange and bottom layer is black with multi coloured circles, secures with popper fastening. Approx. full length 15". Suprendo who is 25" is again modelling the outfit. The hat is made from orange and black felt - would look really nice if you could add pom poms or bells, and put a nice trimming around the brim.
